Delivery details and Rates
Apenergy offers international shipping services through DPex, Cargoworld, DHL and custom sea freight. Shipping rates are calculated using our online shopping system and are based on product weight and packaging requirements.
Estimated shipped charges are on average $25.00 per order.
International Shipping:
Apenergy is not responsible for items damaged or lost after leaving Singapore. The appropriate shipping company may be contacted for further assistance and resolution.
Due to the fragile nature of solar goods, international orders are shipped via DPex which may include additional charges.

All orders usually shipped within 48 hours of order placement date. For orders of SGD 1000 and above, please allow an additional 2 days for payment verification.
Orders are billed not more then 24 hours before shipment date with exceptions of orders of SGD 1000 and above. For more information, please contact us.
The above figures are based on database of 10,000 job orders with various shipping methods.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Our products 7 days 1 to 1 exchange policies according to date of purchase reflected on the purchase receipt. Products have to be in new and in the original packaging.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Email to support@apenergygroup.com or walk in Apenergy Pte Ltd.
- Allow 24 hours QC check.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise.
- Please note: Because technology changes so quickly and due to the fragile nature of solar equipment, we do not accept returns on solar cells and educational kits. Unauthorized returns will be refused at buyers' expense.
Return Exceptions:
- Apenergy mobile security software is non-returnable once they have been opened.
- All solar systems are non-returnable once that have left our facility.
Order Cancellation:
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Simply submit our customer support ticket for order cancellations and wait for an approval within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after shipment is made are subject to 15% restocking fee and may be subject to applicable restocking fee.
Warranties & International Returns:
Although Apenergy products support manufacturer's warranties; our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside Singapore., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
